ELLIOTT AT THE DOUBLE

Elliott Windley with Hurricanes owner Mike Lomas (L) and head coach Rich Squires (R)

OUR END-OF-SEASON awards were handed out after Sunday’s victory over Cornwall, and it was a particularly good night for Elliott Windley.

The Portway-favourite, who missed the final few games of the season due to injury, took away both the Supporters’ and Players’ Player of the Year.

There were three other winners on the night. First, AJ Boardman was named as the Hurricanes Clubman of the year.

The Young Player of the Year gong went to Tyler Walton.

Finally, Coach Rich Squires gave his Player of the Year Award to Liam Welham.

Congratulations to everyone!
