Darren Morson Departs

Following the conclusion of the 2023 season, the Hurricanes sadly announce the departure of our Team Manager Darren Morson following three years in the role.

Head Coach Mark Dunning said at the end of season awards evening: “most people only saw a fraction of what Darren did for the club, particularly on matchdays. That was very much the tip of the iceberg, the support he provided the coaching staff each week was indispensable and immeasurable.

His passion for the club was similarly unwavering. To sum it up, he wasn’t just an employee of the club, he was and remains a friend of it.”

Everyone at the Canes wishes Darren all the very best in his new role with the North Wales Crusaders and Darren will always get a warm welcome at the Alexander Stadium.
